Who is a Mentor?

A Mentor is someone who is willing and able to provide guidance to another by leveraging personal expertise, experience, and network towards achieving specific goals.

Who is a Mentee?

A mentee is that person who is willing and able to receive the guidance of a mentor. A mentee typically identifies and LinkUp to seek mentorship from a mentor.

Mentorship is an intentional relationship during which a mentee receives guidance from a mentor towards achieving set mentorship goals.

It is important to be mentored so you are driven to envision and prospect beyond your comfort zone. Mentees are able to learn from their mentors' successes and mistakes and often leverage on their networks.
